I mean CMON

so i saw on my friends blog this thing about voting for the new monopoly game. You bunch of minnesotan tools. what are you doing voting 73% for the mall of america. have you no pride. Go vote for the other two far more beautiful choices. Places that upon viewing, and looking back in retrospect of your life, you wouldn't want to puke on yourself.

Its just the right thing to do.

So today I went to a secret Death Cab For Cutie show hosted by WXRT 93.7. It was fun they did 5 acoustic songs and were interviewed in between songs by the station. the whole show was then recorded. I recorded 3 songs. they are quicktime video files. you can download them below.

Yay Waterparks

last week we went to wisconsin dells for v's birthday. I don't like water parks or amusement parks in general. One thing I have never cared for with water parks is the gross factor of thinking about all of the hair and body fluids floating around. I also don't like the injurioes I sustained. Yes, I understand there is chlorine but come on.

Case in point. While having brunch at Denny's before going over the The Kalahari (worlds largest, or at least wisconsin's, indoor water park.) I looked down at the top of my hand which I had cut at woork two days previous. I cut myyself all the time annd rare;y pay attention. I hadn't noticed that the cut was looking a little infected. I asked if it looked like it was and was answered a resounding yes. I shrugged my shoulders and ate my Buffalo Chiken Sandwich.

An hour or two later after soaking in the chlorinated wonder pools i looked down at my hand. It appeared that the scab had softened, the puss was gone and the redness hhad subsided. I was cured and everyone else was swimming in it.

Two Week Notice

I put in my two-week notice last wednesday. Today my boss called and said he wants tomorrow to be my last day. I'm kinda ticked off.

its getting to be that time of year

this happened to the ole blog last year so don't be worried. Once spring comes work gets busy and baseball starts taking all of my time and the blog suffers. here is a quick recap:
-sold condo
-aided in putting out some guys car fire, but not well enough aws it burst into flames and i called 911
-just replaced the ignition lock in my car (the place where you put your key in) the part was only ten dollars so if you ever need to do it let me know and i'll save you a few hundred bucks
-also i will add some movies to my theater list.
