What boring day
man, it is slow at work. So far however i have posted a bunch of stuff on ebay and half.com, filled a bag of stuff for goodwill, and now i think i will go up to murrays for some lunch and to watch the twins/sox game. BORING

Snout (pronounced snoot)...
...is a bit of a delicacy in some parts of the country. What is snout you say. it is the nose of a pig. I ate some today. about 8 hours ago. I am still burping it. It basically is a pig nose cut up, deep-fried, and covered in barbeque sauce. At first it tastes like bacon. By the end you I was wishing I had ordered the spare ribs, or at least the pig-ear sandwich. If you would like to try the Snout go to C&K Barbeque in St. Louis.
