I tried to go buy an Italian Beef from the only place I've ever seen them sold, but they had gone out of business. I miss Italian Beefs and Giardinera more than anything in Chicago I think.

Where did you try to go? Joey D's in south Minny makes a pretty good Italian beef. Also there is some little shack on broadway just west of central that I've heard about. I can't think of the name.
